I come from a competitive sports background that had left me seriously injured and hesitant to get back into a strenuous fitness program. When I met Chelsea, she immediately showed she was different than most coaches or trainers I had worked with in the past. She took detailed notes on all of my injuries (there were many) and developed a training program to help me achieve my performance goals, and address my weakness I had developed from those injuries. She regularly mixes up our program, keeping it fun and always challenging. There are no days off with Chelsea. She takes her job incredibly seriously and that dedication really shows in every session. I think she gets more excited than I do when I hit a personal best or am able to do an exercise I was unable to do before. On top of all of that, she is a genuine, caring person with a great personality who is fun to be around. I can’t recommend Chelsea enough and I think anyone who has one session will be hooked.
