I’ve had a number of great personal trainers over the years but Chelsea is in a class by herself. First, she is passionate about what she does and her enthusiasm rubs off on anyone she trains. She has a program and strategy in place to improve my flexibility, balance, and strength and switches things up regularly so I never get bored. She is tough and has an amazing way of getting me to push myself. Chelsea is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and proper form. I highly recommend Chelsea – she is the best!
